So, the Mircacle Noodles are a Free food & we don't substitute any of our regular food items on P2? Thankyou:)

I had the Mircacle Noodles today sautéed with braggs, garlic salt, a tomato, and 3.5 oz of steak cut into strips. I actually made 2 servings cause I can't eat a whole bag so I cook it all up and then split it up and keep 1/2 in the fridge for another day. I have no trouble storing them once they are opened and washed. I have stored half a bag after washing in the fridge in a container and then just rince them off again before I use them. They take on the flavor of what you cook so I use a lot of spices in mine. I have used them in 4 rounds so far and they do not affect me at all. Its a great free food and I do enjoy them. I get mine at Whole Foods.

I'd recommend keeping them on P3 only, but YMMV. Your call.

. . . . though on P3, you can have shirataki tofu noodles, which are at least an order of magnitude better. : )

OMG! I just got some from the Asian store today and just ate my dinner....man were they tasty! I made them with a little chicken broth, sliced green onion, sauted chicken breast, a few dashes of Braggs, and a dollop of Thai garlic hot sauce...it was amazing. I'm on R1P2D31 and I'm 1.2 lbs away from my goal weight this round, so I will be pretty bummed if they make me gain, but for now...it was worth it. I love Asian food so I LOVED the texture of them. I will be eating them often in P3! :)

Keeping my fingers crossed I have a loss in the morning.
