While in our health food store shopping for B12 I came across some 5000mcg sublinguals. I asked the person that was helping everyone if that is too much if I am already taking a multivitamin. He said no and that with the small amount that is in a multivitamin isn't helping anyway because it spent before it even gets absorbed. Anyway I was hoping someone here might know if he's right or if you think 5000mcg is too much? Thanks
it depends on the person and their defiency. i was doing patches for 1000 mcg a week and it wasnt working. i was fatigued. now i do shots and am happy happy happy... 1000 mcg daily. the sublinguals suck as they are not readily absorbed in the body.
