    Hi guys! I think we need to have a count down to help us get through these last days!
    I've had 3 good loses over a pound for the last 3 days. I woke up to a 1.4 loss today
    VLCD 32 192.8
    27 pounds this round and 44 since march.
    Let's hang in there guys! I see the light at the end of the tunnel!

    I'm on VLCD27. I stopped the hcg yesterday, so will start P3 on Saturday. I may take a planned break and go back to hcg about 7 days or so after stopping (I'm leaving that option open and taking one day at a time). I am over the stall and have been losing about 0.6lb each of the last 3 days.
    I'm really looking forward to P3. I have some foods that I am absolutely dreaming about! I won't share because that just seems cruel. I have another few rounds to go, so this feels like the start of the journey.

    New here, but I've been lurking. R1P2VLCD25
    Start weight 166.6. Today 150
    I'm doing injections under advice of dr. so I'm on a 800 cal diet, knowing that I won't lose as much as if I did 500. Protocol exact to Dr. Simeon, except allows for steak day as a stall breaker in addition to apple day.

    Wanted to comment that I agree w/ other newcomer, daycare, that you are all so supportive, and I have been helped so much by your comments, that I wanted to share my experience on vacation this last week. I was less than 20 injection days, and I have to keep in mind that I need to see this as "time off". I lost only 0.8 lbs in the 5 days I didn't have a scale and followed protocol as much as humanly possible. At least I didn't gain!

    Most of the time was restaurant eating. I had a ton of organic Pink Lady apples just in case of a stall, but found myself too hungry on the day I was going to do that. I would tell waitstaff that I wanted everything prepared w/ no oil or butter. For ex. we were at a Chinese restaurant and I ordered steamed shrimp and broccoli, w/ no sauce or oil added. I had a chicken "Caeser" salad w/ no cheese, croutons or dressing (at least the romaine was nice and fresh) and at a burger joint, I had a plain hamburger w/ tomato as a side. I tried to control my portions of protein, but let me tell you, it was hard! The worst was a family meal where there was bbq chicken, potato salad and corn. I had a lone hot dog, sans bun, and some cold steamed shrimp (and my Pink Lady).

    When I first started this journey, people would ask why I was doing it... right before vacation, my birthday, my monthly Pokeeno group and I realized... it was slacking off during these fun times that got me into this mess!

    Hopefully, now that I'm home I'll get back on track, but just wanted to say... Thanks for all the postings. You guys are great!

    Hi guys. Back from vacation and will end my "interuption " tomorrow. Here's what happened: During my 3 days, no drops, VLCD I dropped another 2 lbs. -- I guess you would say below my LIW (last day of drops). Those lbs. came back over the first few days of P3 eating. By mid week I stabalized at 142.5 -- 1 lb. above LIW. I stayed on P3 protocol all week, pushing the limit w/ cheeses, coco crack and whipped cream UNTIL yesterday!!! On the way home and last night I went off P3 protocol w/ 2 Coronas, homemade BBQ sauce AND lemon merengue pie. Can you believe it? Anyway, my scale just tipped at 145.5 this morning. 4 lbs over LIW. I'm kinda ticked especially since I'm seeing that as 6 lbs b/c of the 2 I had dropped after I stopped the drops, but tomorrow I will go back to P2. I have 14 or 15 days left 'till I reach 40 days. I will be more cautious when I get to P3 for real, but am just a bit nervous now of keeping this weight off.
    Considering I had TOM while I was away and the fact that I was on vacation, I thought I did pretty well. I don't know what got into me yesterday--I had gone 25 days on P2 w/out cheating. I guess it will all come out in the wash.
