    Starting my second round this weekend. I am excited to lose more, not too excited about monotonous dieting. Its all worth it. Good luck to all!

    my daughter started loadin may 10. it is the 13th and she is down 7 pounds!!!!!!! i am so proud of her!!!!! i started my loading today.

    Hey this is my second round & I'm doing the homeopathic drops!

    First round I lost 16... then totally went crazy in P3, was under a lot of stress and really yo-yoed on my eating. Did great, then would go out and pig out.... I stabalized 6 lbs. above my LDW :( I want to do one more round to refocus and get it right this time.

    and hashi, i do love you! lol just needed a fresh start & one last round! i went MIA for awhile, I know!!!

    Hi. First day of VLCD. Up 3 pounds after loading. Scary. This is my first time.
    Can anybody explain the theory behind no food for breakfast?

    when i did my first round i did a fruit for breakfast. i can't go without breakfast! i'd either have my apple or a bowl of sliced strawberries. i did great with it!

    you can spread your food out throughout the day, as long as you eat only what's required!
