It has electrolytes and magnesium and potassium in it if I remember right.

our walmart has it marked 1.50 but rings up 1.00 cheapest I've found -
I think it helped me have a bit more energy in P2.

hmmm. makes sense.
i usually have one 34 oz bottle a day then refill it 2 more times at work.
today i did not have it, had plain water and am more tired.
didn't think of that... -

I buy 12 packs at Sam's for $10. The 33 oz. Cheapest I've found. When I've bought them at gas stations they've cost me as much as $2.50 apiece. Ouch
