I was just wondering but was also reading the facts and they say * Contain trace calories" so I'm assuming they have some sort of calories in the just not enough to list.
they also list ingredients in them that have sugar added- like worcestershire sauce- so be careful. personally, i can't tolerate the taste of any of them.
I thought they tasted a little too much like chemical "Franken-food" with a wangy aftertaste. I threw the stuff out. I wouldn't recommend you waste your money, but eh, what do I know?
I believe they also contain sucralose which is something we are suppose to try to avoid! correct me if I'm wrong but that's the reason I didn't pick some up.
FYI: its really easy to make your own ketchup. cocktail sauce , even BBQ sauce. Then, no sugar whatsoever except what you choose to use as a safe alternative. Here's the ketchup: 6 oz tomato paste 2/3 C apple cider vinegar 1/4 C water 1 TBL lemon juice 2 tsp sweetener 2 TBL minced onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp salt 1/8 tsp each ground allspice, ground cloves, pepper Combine everything in blender until smooth. Store in a lidded container in the fridge. For cocktail sauce: add horseradish and lemon juice
