Stay strong with those cravings. If things get back consider a glass of wine. I'd had it 3 different times this round and have lost really well the next day. I don't have my second breadstick or fruit and just count the calories that day. Maybe that's bad advise - but I didn't gain nor did a friend. I have yet to have a food cheat. I am DYING for cheese.
