    Ok, I am brand new to the program. In it for 8 days now. I am going to clinic for my injections, I get a two week supply. I see that many of you order yours from the internet. What is the difference, I pay about $98 for a two week supply. There are so many out there, and felt getting from clinic was my best option. I love the discussions, I think it is going to help me tremendously to keep up on what others are doing. I am trying not to get discouraged in this first week.

    I order mine through RX Online Pharmacy. For 2-2000iu vials + shipping my total came to $52.00.

    Sorry for my ignorance; how many total injections do you get for that, and do you have to fill your own. I am trying to figure this all out. I appreicate the help

    One more thing, is it possible to eat too many of your veges at a meal. Not sure, as I didn't get any info on that....I know you can only eat one vegetable, but can you eat too many of that one. There are not many calories in a cucumber?

    I got mine from pharmacyescrow.com. I ordered 3 vials of hucog high purity, 5000 iu each with a 43 day mixing kit. The total came to $205 all in. I am a 125iu daily dose, so 1 vial of 5000iu will work for 1 43 day round. I think the shipping took about 10 business days. I am very satisfied with the product and service I received.

    I purchased enough for a short phase of 23 days. It came in powder form. I ordered my mixing supplies at www.hcgsupplies.com. I just ordered their 23 day Mixing Kit for 2000 IU HCG ampoules. It included my injecting and mixing suringes, Bacteriostatic water, empty vials and alcohol pads. I had a friend of mine help me mix my doses. She started her injections through a clinic but now orders online and mixes her own.

    It's my understanding that most vegetables should have a serving size of 2 c. for this diet. I think tomatoes and onions are only 1 c.

    I do basically the same as mystified75. I ordered 3 vials of Ovidac from All day chemist. They should be here on Friday. Ordered my kits from www.hcgsupplies as well. With the shipping charges from ADC included, It runs me about $60 for a 23 day round of injections.

    if i don't go to a clinic for the injections, would it be safer to get them online? what is the best source would you guys say?
