I am new here, but I do remember reading to increase your calories to 800-1000 until you get to day 21. Then stop the drops and eat at that level for another 72 hours until the HCG is out of your system. Correct me if I am wrong, but the 21 days is needed to reset your hypothalmus. Hope that helps!
It's actually 23 days on hcg that you need to rest your hypothalamus. Just increase your calories to 800-1000 until you get there then do your normal 72 hours off before eating P3. congratulations! Colleen
