Ok so I have a question. Has anyone done sauna or steam room while on protocol. Curious I have been doing it every oter day fr about 15 minutes and I feel like it flushes me better tan a detox bath
I own one and sit in it almost every night! I love it. Just make sure you drink extra water to make up for what you sweat out. I am VLCD17 and down 8.5 lbs, started at 131.5 and now 123 with only 5 or so more to lose. I use my sauna for about 1 hour each time.
Thank you for reminding me about the sauna! I've avoided the Korean spa during P2 because I can't just use their saunas and pools - I've got to get a full treatment when I go! I wonder if it affects anything while in P3. I imagine getting all this sad dry skin scrubbed off me might help me drop another 5 pounds ::grin::
