Apparently no one in my country uses or even heard of bacterostatic water. I called every single one of our medical/ pharmaceutical and laboratory distributors. No one even heard of it. Everyone keeps telling me to mix with sterile water (Normal saline/ sodium chloride) which ONLY comes in the big IV bags. This is what we mix injectables with.
So I made a batch (23 shots) using the sodium chloride solution. Now we are ten days in and my mother keeps feeling light headed and is complaining about her stomach growling and feeling hungry. I have been taking an appetite suppressant because I do not want to cheat.
Does anyone else use this? I have to mix for my sister, my step father and my cousin tomorrow but I don't want to if the saline will not last the full time.
You might need to order smaller vials and remix more often because the bac water is what keeps it sterile and potent. If you got the 2000 iu vials, you could remix every two days for 3 people and it shouldn't be a problem.
it's possible the hunger is a dose issue. What are you all taking?
The vials we get ONLY comes in 5000. I would like to mix to share but travel wise it would be impractical to visit so often. So right now, everyone has two vials for a 40-day round and I mix one at a time - 23 shots at a time.
have you all skipped a day yet? If not, skip tomorrow and see how your hunger is. If you have less, then drop the dose to 150. If you have more hunger then up it to 200. Good luck. Keep us posted! Colleen
The bac water has a preservative in it. The saline doesn't. So bacteria can get started in there.
I just saw you prefill the syringes. That's not a good idea either. The plastic can absorb some of the hcg (according to our nurses.) Hopefully some of them will weigh in. Another option would be to switch to sublingual because you wouldn't run the risk of infection that way. Colleen
