    It seems like I am not meant to do this diet!! This is going to be my 4th try. 1st time, used drops and just didnt work, 2nd time ran out of injections because I still wasnt sure how to do it, 3rd time doing so well, 8 days into it feeling so good and lost 11 lbs and then BOOM Doyle didnt have any more hcg so went thru my dr and it was suppose to be here by last Friday so I could continue but it didnt get here until today, so went 4 days without injections. Well you know where that lead me, back to food. So I have some hcg, bad thing is it is 10,000iu instead of the 2,000 that I ordered. They sent me the insulin syringes, I was used to getting the im shots. I think I have read that the im injections seem to help people a little more, maybe the way it trims them up. Is this true or am I dreaming? Another quesiton, how do I mix this stuff. This is in powder form. The stuff I got from Doyle was liquid. Please help me with my mixing!! Should I go back to the dr and ask for the im injection syringes?

    i wouldn't use the vial of 10000- you won't be able to use enough of it before it loses potency. where did you get it from? if your doc, it's probably because i think only the 10000 is available within the US- but i would not use it past 30 days, and you might notice a decrease well before then (like after 2 wks). If you do IM you do a smaller dose, so it theoretically would last even longer. if you want to do IM you'll either need to order needles (1.25", 27 gauge) or get them from your doc. or you can just use the insulin syringes and change your dose. do you have a mixing vial? if you have a vial of 10000 i'd mix it with a total of 20 cc's of water, which will get you 500 iu's per cc- then tell use which kind of injection you're going to use, and we can tell you how much to take. the only difference with the liquid is that it already has 1 cc of fluid mixed with it.

    Well I figured I wouldnt beable to use it all due to potency issues. I will use it until it looses potency and then throw it away because I already have it. Do you suggest im injections or the fatty injections?
    I figured that I would just use the bast water and put it into the vial with powder and leave it in there. Is this right?

    that vial is too small for more than 2cc's of water, and that's not enough to dilute a vial of 10000. you need to get a mixing vial- get extra ones because you need a new one every time you mix. gpzservices.com

    I would order the IM shots, Sally. If you ask for them from the doctor he will send you to the pharmacy and all they seem to have for IM are 25 gauge. Ouch!

    You could take out what you don't need of the water. You need a total of 20 ml for the 10,000 iu. So you could withdraw 15 ml and throw that away. Then take out 1ml to mix with the powder in the vial. Swirl it gently until it's all mixed. Then withdraw that and put it into your bac water bottle and refrigerate. This isn't necessarily the BEST because it's a plastic bottle but if you can't get a sterile vial from the pharmacy it's all you can do unless you want to wait to get them ordered.

    I like the IM injections. I feel great on them. But if you want to use the sq they work great too!
