    I purchased 2 5000 vials for a 43 day course and used 5cc of sterile water to mix my first vial like the instructions said. I am injecting .2ml each day. Other web-sites say to mix 28.5 cc of water and inject 1 cc. The problem is my sterile bottle sent in my kit would never fit 28.5 cc so...I saw another post from blue eyed girl about this very thing but cannot find it to see if someone helped her. Can someone let me know if this is ok what I am doing? Today was my second loading day and tomorrow is 500 calories and a lot of lost fat to come, hooray!

    That sounds right, are you taking 200 i.u then? I use 10 cc of water with 5000 and inject .40 and that is 200 i.u.

    you're ok- some people like to mix it more dilute than that, but most docs mix for a dose of .2 like you are using.

    I hate those tiny amounts. I see a lot more hunger on that.
