    Does anyone know if a 31 gauge needle is okay for injections or is that too small?

    How long is it?

    If it's a short needle "1/2 or so" you should be fine. If it is for IM I think you are going to find that it is troublesome and hard to inject your hCG. I use a 30 gauge for IM and it is tricky to use because it is so thin.

    Its not for IM its into the fat and the needle is less then 1/2 inch. If its not 1/2 inch does that mean its not going into the fat?

    You're fine :) My needles for diabetes are 31 gauge :) You won't even feel them.
