I weighed myself today and gained .6 lb. I am on day 16 and the last couple of days my losses have been .2, .6 lbs. Could someone let me know what happened and what I can do? I didn't cheat so I am a bit confused.
I'm in the same position, flirting around 166 for 4 days...up .6, down .2, up .4, down .6...I'm also day 16 and I'm due for a stall...the ole body needs to catch up a bit I guess. :/
It must be common around the second to third week or something, because my weight went up, went down and stayed the same some days. If you're doing everything right according to protocol then don't worry about it. I know it's frustrating and doesn't seem fair but it all averages out in the end.
