    Ok I want to make sure I am right. You are not suppose to fill alot of syringes right. Just do one the night before. Is this right?

    Also, Has anyone noticed a difference in the way your body looks or hunger or anything when doing im injections versus the smaller needle?

    I actually fill it just before taking it. There is no difference between IM and sq that I can see. Just between shots and sublingual.

    grammy what is the difference in the shots and sublingual. I am doing SL now but think of doing SQ in August for round 2.

    So Grammy I already have 40 insulin syringes, should I just use them or should I send them back and have the dr. give me needles and syringes for the im injections? There will be no difference in weight lose?

    There will be no difference in weight loss. The problem with getting IM shots from the pharmacy is that most will only have 25 gauge. OUCH!

    The difference between sq and sl is method of delivery. Weight loss seems to be the same. For me the sl didn't reshape me as well but others might not have noticed any difference.

    The drops didnt reshape you as well? But the im injections and the subq did you the same? Is sq using the insulin needles and sl is the drops? Just want to make sure Im on the same page.

    So if it was you would you just do the sq injections? If so then I need help on how to mix my hcg and what dosage to take and where I can give the shot. Never done sq injections.

    That's what I would do. Here are mixing instructions. If it's premixed liquid, subtract 1ml. I always give the shot in my belly, about an inch out from the belly button and an inch down. I actually like doubling the volume of water than what I have below which also doubles the amount you draw up into a shot but not everyone has big enough sterile vials for it.

    I would start at 175 iu.

    * 2,000iu vial - Add 4 ml bac water
    * 5,000iu vial - Add 10 ml bac water
    *10,000iu vial - Add 20 ml bac water


    And here is the amount you would draw for your daily dose. It is the same no matter what size vial you started with.

    .25cc = 125iu HCG
    .3cc = 150iu HCG
    .35cc = 175iu HCG
    .4cc = 200iu HCG
