Wow Hashi... you're doing great!!! I started R1 on March 8th and as of today I'm down 50 pounds! Yippee... not as much as you, but I really happy. I didn't load again this time as I really hadn't added much back to my diet during P3. I'm doing a full round (I think) this time. Day16 so I need to decide quickly.
Here's my delimna. Each year we go to the College World Series. It would be really hard living in a hotel room on the vlcd...so I could stop at the 23 days (+3 vlcd) and save my unmixed vial for later in the summer... OR, I could continue on and stop at 30 days (+3 vlcd) and toss the remaining HCG. UGH. What should I do??? I really want to keep losing, but I dont' want to waste as this stuff is really expensive! Help!
Hey guys have to agree with you all that R2 is harder than R1, and the sweets craving is driving me "bitchy" excuse my language. I tend to get that way when I don't get chocolate. I am on day 11 with the shots, but I skip a day once a week so I guess day 13 technically and have been frustrated with the slower weight loss. I am down 8.9 lbs, which I shouldn't complain about but lost much faster the first round. I only have 7.4 lbs to go to reach my goal of 140 and with only 10-11 weight loss days to go I am so afraid I won't make it. I need some big numbers. Good luck to you all and I will send you good vibes, please send me some and tell me to stay away from sweets.
rcross... I would stop at 23 day and save the HCG I personaly would never do a 40 day round again but may be 30.. the largest part of my weight loss happened by day 23 then I struggled for the next 20days after. I am r2 day 13 down 17this round.. lost 2 this morning ... 57 total since march 15th. got 2 more short rounds after this round
so from what im reading....most of you go from phase two , to phase three...and straight back to phase 2? I am trying to decide as im getting closer to phase three on what is best ....to do PH4 or just go from ph3 back to ph2.....i rather do that :)
