ok so i decided to move forward with phase 3 well after i finish up this 72 hour vlcd yesterday was my LID. I am wanting to lose 25-30 pnds or in between that. should i do a long round or a short round?
i meant for my next round should i do a long one or short one when i am ready to do the hcg thing again
Personally, I ordered 3 vials of hcg and that should last me 30+ days so that's the length of round I'm doing.
If you're determined to get that much off, I would order enough hcg for a long round. If you don't lose fast enough, you can always order more and do another round. If you lose faster, AWESOME, if the hcg is unopened, you could probably sell it to someone.
Also depends on how you are mentally...I'm finding that round 2 is a little more difficult, not so much the weight loss but the desire to eat something I'm not supposed to. NOT trying to scare you!!!! Just keep in mind...once your past 23 days, you can stop any time you want. Don't torture yourself if you decide you need a break before continuing. There are so many options that you can't fail but do what's best for you.

thanks i guess i wil just order the long round and go as far as i can but at least completing the short round i just cannot wait to get this over and done with so i can begin my new life
I'm doing a long second round right now... and much like bouscher - I'm also finding this round a little harder. I'm not hungry and I'm losing weight, just not as motivated. Without the strong motivation the cravings (mental ones) can creep in and so far I'm doing great at keeping them away!

chances are on R2 that you'll need every day of a long round to lose 25-30, since the average loss would be 20-30. you also lose less when you get closer to goal.
