love the HCG diet so far but very outdoorsy and wonder what experience others have had with backpacking or multi-day kayaking trips on P2. Plan to bring dried apples, jerky and miso soup. Also bringing protein powder in case I "hit the wall' out in the wilderness. Any other ideas?
Thanks...hope the weather holds up. also wonder if it's Ok to load my syringes and keep at room temp. I know can be done with insulin but no idea if HCG will keep for 48 hrs.
