That's WEIGHT loss averaged over the round, hon. NOT dose. You're on sublingual or homeopathic?

I'm on sublingual. You know what? I reduced the dose last night to half of what I was taking. Today was much better! I made it through the whole day; I went to a Memorial Day Parade and walked about two miles. I wasn't even hungry until about 1PM; I'm a vegan, so I used the pea protein green smoothie that I've done along with my apple. It's evening now and I still haven't gotten to the 500 calories yet! I'm going to have my apple tonight and I'll be done! It wasn't so painful today. I weighed myself today and I didn't lose or gain any weight. That's ok. The fact that today was so much less terrible than the previous days makes it all ok.

I guess I wasn't sure of what you meant by "the round" but I do now! I know I was taking too much Hcg. Well, we'll see how it goes tomorrow. Hope I lose something!

@nicklr32: I've seen videos that show a couple of reasons that anyone using Hcg may be starving. The two things I've seen so far are the dose you are taking is wrong and that's a tricky thing...another thing I've heard from a few people on You Tube is that they Hcg they bought was NO GOOD. They tested it with pregnancy tests and they didn't show positive. Another thing is that some tested their Hcg and it was good, but it didn't work for them. One girl bought two different kinds: one was by Lupy and the was by HUCOG. The Lupy didn't work for her. Another girl did a video saying that the HUCOG didn't work for her! So I think there's something going on there, but I'm not sure what. Mine seems to be working, but I had to just reduce my dose. My hunger isn't completely gone, but at least I can bear it. I wish I felt like some people feel: full and they never think of food.
