I read somewhere that you can subsitute a protein for one egg with three egg whites... so I'm guessing its fine. Just get back on track, as bl13cw stated, and you'll be fine!
I won't worry about it...what's done is done. My husband did the same thing and he stalled the next day but then continued with losses the day after the stall.
For next time though it's one whole egg plus 3 egg whites.
