    Yeah...that's what I thought. It seems like they're mostly used as sort of an adhesive and for more sugar. I'm already planning on substituting the sugary ingredients (honey, agave, etc.) with Stevia, so maybe I'll get another sticky, binding ingredient. Fresh almond or peanut butter?

    Guess I'll be doing quite a bit of experimenting.

    NO DOUBT! I'm freaked out beyond belief! I don't want to mess anything up and gain this weight back after working like a DOG (will power speaking) to get it off. So glad for this support system to help me thru.

    so no fat, fat free or light fat items? if not why? i am so programmed to reach for those!

    I think lower fat dairy is okay. Just make sure there is no added sugar to anything to replace the fat.
