Okay gals, I'd like to get a grocery list going from experienced losers. I know from the posts that P3 is scary for most of us 1st timers so I thought this could help a lot of people. Obviously, the P2 foods are still good to go so what other foods would you recommend buying? Here's what I have so far:

    Olive Oil
    Broccoli
    Green Beans
    Mozzerella

    Thanks-
    Regina

different kinds of cheeses (bleu cheese, cheddar, pepper jack, colby jack... (but nothing pre-shredded), sour cream, butter, eggs, hamburger, pork chops, bacon, chicken legs/thighs, ranch dressing (no low fat stuff!), cottage cheese, heavy whipping cream...ok, now I'm hungry ;o)

I just bought coconut oil, almond meal, almonds, greek yogurt, flax seed in addition to a lot of the things above.

Does anyone know about the Hidden Valley Ranch that you make from a packet?? I'm guessing that's not ok on P3.

Are flax seeds okay on P3?

I would add almond butter and avocodos - I can't wait to have those again.

lots and lots of veggies! a nice snack is "crispy greens"- freeze dried fruit that is crunchy and sweet, but NOTHING added- all fruit.

How about medjool dates? Are those too sweet? I'm trying to go 70-80 raw food diet now that I'm about to start P3 (not to mention, the rest of my healthier life :)

dates have a lot of sugar in them- you could try them, but i'd be very cautious.
