mymyself - I'm not sure what to tell you about the water, other than follow the protocol. I drank just over 2 liters today and am feeling some better. I'll give it a couple of day to be sure. The protocol calls for 2 to 3 liters per day. I think that also counts any teas, coffee, etc.

Sounds like your dose is too high, Heather. If it got worse after you upped it, I'd take it back to where it was. On the faintness, try breaking your food up more. Magnesium citrate will help the BM issue for sure!

You are a kid! 34 is the age of my daughter! :-)

not having a BM for that long can make you feel nauseous. I used Smoothe Move tea from health food store and it worked real well. you are doing fantastic. some people have had problems when they drank too much fluid. you could cut back and see what that does for you or as grammy said breaking your food up could help.

Ms- i'd also recommend cutting back on your fluids. if you were used to 120 oz before starting this, that would probably be a good point for you. too much can flush out too many electrolytes and that might be part of your problem. so try a total of 120 oz including your tea. Dr. S. recommends 68 oz, so anything between that and 120 would be ok as well.
