    I actually tried those Jay Robb shakes in P3. I gain every time I have them.

    I'm drinking TONS of water...120-150 oz.

    Should I try a Whey protein shake? I just have no idea how to plan my menu now. It seems everything I think is okay, isn't. This is crazy!

    Hmmm...the Jay Robb that I have is Whey...would a different brand help, or is it Whey in general that u can have probs with?

    Try real food instead of a shake. Greek yogurt with blueberries and almonds is yummy for breakfast. Or do an omelet.

    So you think that I should try eggs OR yogurt tomorrow, with my weight being as unstable as it is? Tomorrow is d6p3, and I only had the eggs and Greek yogurt back on Monday...no other "danger" foods since D1...tried MAC nuts too..but that was d1 along with everything else bad that day.

    One OR the other. Not all three danger things. Which shake did you have? egg or whey? If it was egg, I'd try the yogurt. If it was whey, I'd try eggs. or just be safe and have an apple for breakfast.
