So you think that I should try eggs OR yogurt tomorrow, with my weight being as unstable as it is? Tomorrow is d6p3, and I only had the eggs and Greek yogurt back on Monday...no other "danger" foods since D1...tried MAC nuts too..but that was d1 along with everything else bad that day.
One OR the other. Not all three danger things. Which shake did you have? egg or whey? If it was egg, I'd try the yogurt. If it was whey, I'd try eggs. or just be safe and have an apple for breakfast.
