    So, I started P3 on Monday, did it all wrong...did a steak day Wednesday...only went down .3lbs...was still 2.0 lbs over LDD...yesterday this is what I ate..

    B: Jay Robb Shake w/ 2 tbsp. flax seeds, 3 strawberries & 1/2 cup mixed berries & Cinnamon
    S: 1 Cup mixed veggies (zuchinni, asparagus, mushrooms, onion) sauteed with 1 Tbsp. EVOO, salt & pepper, garlic, 3 chicken tenders and 2 slices leftover steak
    L: Grilled Chicken Breast with 1 1/2 cups brocolli with EVOO & garlic, salt & pepper
    S: Fuji apple
    D: 2 Tacos...2 leaves of Ice Berg Lettuce, Turkey taco meat (sauteed turkey meat with own spices, chili powder, paprika, onion, garlic, cilantro, s/f hot sauce, cumin, coriander, salt pepper)...had about 1 1/2 cups of meat...3/4 of a mashed avocado
    Drank TONS of water...over 150 oz....
    Feel very puffy this morning...did yesterday too!

    This morning I'm up again... 131.3...so now I'm 4.3 lbs over LDD....I've stayed away from all the danger foods since Tuesday....did a steak day on Wed. and NOTHING is working.....what am I doing wrong?

    I'm only eating when hungry, and stopping when full...I could actually eat more.

    PLEASE help me and tell me what to do because I am an emotional wreck (with 2 little kids running around)....and don't know what to do!!!!

    Not sure if this matters at all....but before hcg, I have been a health nut before, and lost weight the traditional way...through diet and running 5 miles every morning (not exercising right now)...Anyway, followed a pretty high protein diet back then, and would eat 4-5 eggs/whites every morning...never had any issues with eggs, ever....

    Should today be a steak day...high protein day? I'm thinking steak day since I'm up so much right?

    I've read that if you under-eat, you can gain....but I certainly don't think I'm undereating. Although, I do have to say that I am really hungry right now already, and it's only 8:00 in the morning!!

    I forgot to mention that I had like 3 cups of coffee yesterday, with cream in 1, and 1/2 & 1/2 in the other 2. Plus, I cook with EVOO and a little butter, so I think my calories and fats are up enough....

    Should I use a whey based protein powder??

    I wouldn't use any protein powder until you get your weight back down. Then try it again. It may not be the egg but the chemicals in those things. But yes, a steak day is called for. :-(

    I noticed too that you may be adding too much salt? You mentioned you felt puffy.

    This is what I'm thinking...my salt is too high, and I think that my fat and cals are too high too soon! Im sitting around 2100 cals and 110 ish grams of fat. I'm going to back way down, and HOPE that does the trick! I am having a really hard time though cause I'm starving and really emotional that this phase is turning out to be so challenging for me!

    Salt or fat shouldn't be the problem. Are you drinking enough water?
