Ok so I was starving last night so I had an extra serving of chicken and lettuce and today I am 2 pounds up from my LIW!!! Do I do a steak day??? I think the gain is most likely due to the fact that I had to debone a very fatty 15 pound pork roast for a BBQ yesterday and didn't think about all of the oily fat on my skin! When It dawned on me it was too late!! It took an hour to debone and I was covered in pork fat the whole time!!! What should I do?? Is it smart to do a steak day on day 1??
The scale actually shows me at LIW right now half way throught the day so now I am wondering if it just read wrong this morning. I only weighed once this morning and I weighed 3 times just now all at .2 below LIW should I just continue on with the Steak Day???
I would not do a steak day.... your weight will vary quite a bit the first few days..... just my opinion.... I have been through 2 successful P3's and the first few days were crazy, but I settled right at my LIW and stayed there.....
I am in P3 Day4. I am so mad I have stayed away from all sugars and starches and have gained 2.2 lbs since LIW. I did a steak day today. Let's see how it goes tomorrow. Ticks me off.
Steak day worked down 1.6 from yesterday. HOpefully it stays there. Will be very careful from here on out. Not planning on eating as much of the allowable foods.....
