I was just wondering if some of you would share what your body experienced if you went through your TOM during phase 3. What are your PMS typical ranges, and what did you see on the scale when you started to have the PMS?
I’m curious because I know my body holds on to water as part of my PMS, and right now I’m 1 and ½ weeks though phase 3 but the scale is going up and I’m not sure if I should attribute it to TOM. Yes I counted the days, and it is PMS. I measured myself and even though it says I’m almost 7lbs above LIW, my body structure has not changed, in fact from the last time I measured by butt lost an extra ½ inch.
So I’m just wondering if you would share your PMS, or TOM experience during phase 3. I'm worried that TOM is going to mess me up in keeping the WT off!
Did you ever get any feedback or find any info on this topic? I'm a few days into P3 and should be starting TOM soon, and experiencing some of the WORST cramping I can recall. I always have some pretty intense cramps in my abdomen and back, but this time it is debilitating! I'm bloated beyond belief and the scale is slowly rising. Not sure if it is just TOM, adding foods back in, or a combination of both...
Anyone have any advice/experience to share? Does HCG make your PMS and TOM that much more intense? And since I know I am bloated and retaining and foresee a rise in over 2 lbs in the morning, do I have a steak day or wait to see what happens after TOM?
Me too, Ellie. I've literally been in bed all day.. taken a hot bath and enough Pamprin for an entire cycle, but not much is relieving them. I've lost my appetite and P3 is not a good time for that! I'm going to the doctor tomorrow.
I am having the same problem! I am P3d14 I am pms no tom yet but i have breast swelling and tenderness, cramps and lots and lots of bloating in my lower abdomin. I weighed in two days ago at 1.8lbs over ldw. Yesterday I felt so gross I chose not to weigh in. Today I weighed in at 6lbs over ldw! I am freaking out! I have no idea what is normal or if I should do a steak day :-/
How are you guys doing?? Did you lose weight after?
So I emailed Grammy directly and told her my situation, the weight gain, how I thought that it was water weight and so on, and she told me that I NEEDED to do a steak day and that if it was water weight it would come off so I am doing a steak day.
I would still like to know how it went for you guys though! :)
This is a very timely post, I am P3D16 and TOM is around the corner. I am bloated and my weight is up a pound and change. I am watching it, but think I might need a steak day tomorrow. Blech! I hate steak now.
