If I do not like or eat apples can I substitute an egg day to break a stall in P2? I gained for two days in a row then I did release .6 this am but I want to prepare how to react if tomorrow's weigh-in is not good.
If the egg day is ok, how many do I eat and do I eat the yolk of all of them?
Nope. I'm a freak of nature that detests all things fruity. The only fruit I will eat are bananas and oranges. And tomato if you count that as a fruit. I wish it wasn't so. Eating healthy while not tolerating fruit is a challenge.
I am kind of the same way, apples have always turned me off. But once I tried a pink lady apple I was hooked. It has a sweetness that other apples just dont have for me. You might wanna give it a try. They are what is saving me on this when I get the munchies.
but she's asking about doing an "apple day". Some thinks its a waste cause its just a diuretic. Since you don't like apples, you can just keep on the protocol and assume it will all average out in the end. You could consider skipping your 2 fruits and melbas that day. Many don't bother with the melbas anyway.
