Ok...so tomorrow is D6P3, and as some know, I've had a HARD time this week! I'm determined to turn this around! What do you think about this menu for tomorrow...
B: Coffee with Cream & Stevia (I use both powdered & liquid vanilla) 2 Eggs scrambled with 1 cup mixed veggies(mushrooms, onions, zuchinni, asparagus, red pepper) & 1/2 Tbsp. Butter, some S/F Salsa...not going to attempt cheese yet.
S: maybe an apple????
L: Big Salad with Grilled Chicken breast and veggies (cucumbers, onion, brocolli, celery), & either 2 tbsp. of homemade Italian Dressing or Marie's Creamy Italian Garlic
S: Coffee with Cream & Stevia, and I don't know what else....can't do nuts/yogurt/cheese yet....any ideas?? D: Either Salmon, Tri-Tip, or Burger Patty with Sauteed Zuchinni & Yellow Squash, OR Broccoli, cooked with EVOO and garlic I'm Italian, and I love my veggies with EVOO with garlic!!
Oh, I ordered some Flax Crackers from Diabetic Design...I could have that with some salsa or homemade Guacamole. Snacks are hard right now cause I haven't been able to add cheese or nuts or yogurt yet.
What do you guys think of this for me? I really appreciate your input! Starting to feel a "little" more positive....
