    I'm R1P2VLCD5. I posted something yesterday discussing my hunger. Yesterday I upped my dose to 15drops 5x daily from 10drops 3x daily. I'm still HUNGRY!! I haven't cheated, but I'm actually getting angry that everyone keeps telling me I shouldn't be hungry and I'm starving! I'm on the verge of quiting. This is just so uncomfortable. ADVICE PLEASE!!

    that's too much of an increase at once. try 15 drops 3x/day, not 5. you can be hungry on too much, as well as too little. there also seems to be a percentage of people who just don't respond to the hhcg (need hcg), but you need to play with your dose first. try 15 x 3 for a couple of day before you change. in the meantime eat a lot more veggies to try to fill up.

    Sounds like you didn't load correctly. It is very important to eat a lot of fatty foods during loading to prevent the hunger. What did you eat to load?

    well, I ate cinnamon rolls, corn dogs, pizza, McDonalds, candy...candy...candy.
    If I didn't load properly, what should I do now?

    Are you sure it's hunger and not cravings? I know that I have to think about it when it hits me and it's usually cravings, just wanting something.

    Sounds like you ate more sugar than fat. U could stop the injections & wait 3 days and load again with high fat foods or u can just wait it out. A lot of people get over the hunger usually within a week, but it looks like you are over a week and still hungry. The more fat you eat during load, the less hungry you are. I ate extemely high fat foods and not too much sugar and I wasn't hungry at all. I am on R1P2VLCD35.

    I was hungry for the first 9 days this round. I agree with the previous poster, you need to load on good fats, not carbs. I didn't have many carbs, but I couldn't get much down for my loading days. Even if you didn't load properly, your hunger should get better. I don't really have much advice for you, I'm just sorry it's so miserable for you. I'm still a bit hungry, but the hcg is working otherwise. I just don't know if I can do the 40 days I had intended this round.

    How are your losses going?

    I'm down 10lbs in 1 week. averaging .4-.5 lb loss daily. I though it would be more than this

    Sade, I think it's definitely hunger, not cravings. There is literally pains in my stomach that don't go away at times.

    1/2 lb per day is pretty good and typical for a woman. You can't believe the ads...
    Let us know how you are tomorrow when your new (and then new again) dosing levels out.
