    Once you hit immunity (but your clinic tells you to keep going) do you stop losing weight? Just wondering because I feel I have hit immunity and lose a pound but gain it the next day. What do you think?

    once you hit immunity, you will be hungry, intense hunger like you weren't even on the hcg.

    If you've hit immunity, there's no point in using the rest of the hcg you have because if you do lose any weight, it will be structural fat you lose, not adipose, so you will most likely gain it back pretty easily.

    Okay, so the hunger is not INTENSE. It is usually sated with a couple more bites of chicken or extra vegtables. Should I keep using it or stop?

    that's a tough call since you have pre-filled syringes (you do, right?). hunger is never a good thing on this diet because it means structural fat.

    if it's manageable, keep going with them and see what happens. If you could adjust your dosage at all I would say to increase it by 25iu but not sure how you'd do that with pre-filled syringes :/

    Mine are not prefilled. I draw it up each morning. I take 14 units.

    oh! in that case, just increase your dose for a few days...it might just be losing potency or something. The clinic I started out with gave me a 5000iu bottle instead of the 2000iu and it definitely lost potency.

    if you go too high, you'll also have hunger so just go up another 25iu. Do you know how to figure that out?? (not sure if they mixed for you or if you did it) what's your dose now?

    My bottle is 4000u vial. I mixed 4cc of sterile water (i think thats what the other stuff was). I did think about going up on my units. Funny thing is, I did not take my shot today and I was never hungry. I ate only my 500 calories and was satisfied. I dont know... I am just baffled. I measured what I have left and it is only about 7 more shots so I guess I will just attempt to finish it out.

    That probably means that your dose it too high!
    Cut it down a bit tomorrow.
