I'm just starting my P3 and was wondering if I ate strawberries/blueberries with some heavy cream drizzled on them if that would be too much sugar/fat combo? Is it wise to stay away from all fruit for the first week of P3? Thanks!
If you have all ready had heavy cream in p3 and have had no problems with it I say go for it. Heavy cream and berries or Greek yogurt and berries are two of my very favorite things in p3! Enjoy! If you have not had heavy cream or berries so far I would waite until at least week two before trying it. Hope this helps!
