Remind me, please, why I still need to be eating full-fat dairy such as yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. Now that I am in P4 does that still hold true? Would I hurt myself by eating Lowfat instead?
Its generally because they add junk when they make items low-fat. Usually they add sugar and salt. But read your labels and compare the 2 items (full vs low) side by side and then make an informed decision. For some of us, getting that CREAMY satisfaction in our mouths keeps lots of other things satisfied.
