Hi, I am only on my third day of phase 3 & this morning I was 2.2 pounds over my last drop weight. I chose not to do a steak day because I haven't went to the bathroom since Monday (4 days ago) and so I know that has ALOT to do with it. I don't really want to use smooth move because everytime I do I get really sick to my stomach, I do go some but then after that I'm constipated again. I took some fiber drink tonight so hopefully I will go tomorrow morning. Now my question is if I still am that much or more over my drop weight tomorrow should I do a steak day even if I still haven't gone to the bathroom? I know that's the extra weight I'm holding. Don't want to do anything to mess up my weight set point so I'm worried. Please let me know what you guys would do. Thanks!
