    Today is my last day of hhcg, (this is my first round). How long do I have to wait before starting the shots? (I already have the shot supplies.) I need to lose about 27 more pounds.

    How long were you on hhcg? I know there isn't an immunity issue with hhcg like with the Rx grade so I guess you could start tomorrow...but if you want to stabilize first from the hhcg you'll need to do P3/P4 both of those are 3 weeks each. Although some only do P3 and then cycle back to P2...

    Today is day 26. Can I really start tomorrow?? That's is kinda what I would like to do. I had heard there wasn't as much concern about immunity on hhcg, but didn't know about waiting.
