I woke up this morning and my hives are even worse than yesterday!!!! My thighs are so bad. I don't even know if I can find a hive free spot to inject. The hives can only be one of two things...Brags Liquid Amino or hcg. Both I've been taking since day one (I'm on vlcd16). I'm thinking of skipping a day of injections and cutting out the Brags. I should be safe skipping one day if injections, right?

I would cut out the Braggs. If you were allergic to the shots, I would think it would show up before this. Also, what about the bac water or whatever you mixed the hcg with? Have you remixed lately with another bottle? Maybe something in that.
Try taking Benadryl for the hives - that's the standard treatment.

Have you changed detergent, fabric softener, or anything you wash with like bath soap?

I haven't changed anything. No new soap or anything. The worst of my hives are right where I inject so that makes me think it is the hcg. I have been taking the liquid amino since the first day of injections without problems until now.

skip a day definitely...might not be a bad idea to remix either...could've been the bact water or something like desertgirl mentioned.

I mixed once before p2 & loaded all my needles then so it shouldn't be my mix.

just because it's in the syringes already doesn't mean it can't go bad...1 vial or individual syringes would be the same thing in my mind.

It may be that the hcg fluid is absorbing plastic from the syringes being prefilled. That's why a lot of people don't recommend doing that. Try remixing, and not prefilling them. Also, it's recommended to remix anyway about every 14 days, because of potency issues. That wouldn't cause hives, but just for your info.

Mystified75 just out of curiosity are you using Stevia? I've heard stories of people adding Stevia and getting huge rashes and hives.

    Just a thought
