Ok I have a few questions.. I started hhcg on the 23 day cycle last Sunday.. and quit Wednesday because I was going through some emotional issues at work.. I want to start again this Sunday and I want to make Sure my metabolism resets properly.. should I do a load day again or the 2 load days since I only got past One vlcd (did 3 load days cause I previously dieted at 1500 cal with workouts) mind you that I was eating back to my normal caloric intake not binging or anything this week.. also nervous the hhcg drops don't work and ill screw my metab.. just need some reassurance from others who did hhcg and are mainting on a regular caloric diet now with no Problems.. thanks a lot everyone, this forum seems so supportive glad I found it!
I sort of already started a load day today since I didn't know what to do since I figure I have to start the 23 days over, should I just do the one today or proceed with another tomorrow
