Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum and am on R1P2VLCD22 and am down 19.5 lbs, which I am very happy about. As a former emotional eater, this diet has been amazing for me. I do not crave sweets and feel like I am in control! I was wondering if I could go to 50 days on HHCG or if I should stop at 40? I will definitely be doing a second round, as I have about 60lbs that I would like to use. I appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Great question. I'll be looking forward to everyones input as I really don't want to do another round after this one. I'll be close to where I want to be.

My dad was on it for 89 days without hitting immunity. I was on it for 73 days without hitting immunity. We both reached our goals at those points, so who knows how long we would have been able to go. I had a friend who was only on it for 43 days and hit immunity. So, I guess it depends on how long you can tolerate it. I say go for it!!!

It's not just the immunity issue. Your skin really needs the chance to catch up so you aren't saggy. :-(

I plan to stay on for an additional week. We'll see if I experience immunity although my gut tells me I won't. Sorry about the pun.

Grammy- for that week I am contemplating trying the .75 cc rx sub that was discussed in that research you posted about.

I'd make it more concentrated so you don't have to hold such a large amount. If you do 10 ml of fluid in a 5000 iu box, it will be .5 2x a day and will last 10 days at that dose. You should experience immunity but there is still the skin issue, kiddo!
