A friend of mine told me about these flourless PB cookies. I'm in P3 and I haven't had any reaction to foods. I eat nuts and PB all the time. Anyway, if you can eat peanut butter without gaining in P3 or P4, here's the recipe:
1 cup of organic PB 1 cup of granulated Splenda 1 egg
Bake in 350 degree oven for 8-10 min.
They are YUMMY! Even my skinny husband is eating them. I modified the recipe because the original poster http://peanutbutterfingers.wordpress.com/2010/05/13/flourless-peanut-butter-cookies/ uses sugar. Let me know if you like them!
I can't wait to try these. I won't be in P3 until next week and then will wait at least a week to try them...maybe two. But I will try them! Yummmm...thanks for sharing.
