    I did not exercise in R1P2 at all. I know I should be incorporating an exercise routine into p3/4, but haven't yet. My question is do you recommend that we stop exercising once we start back up on R2P2?

    i don't, but you might have to scale back the intensity of it. if you do a search there are a lot of threads that talk about this.

    I was told only walking for 20-30 minutes daily allowed in P2 (sit ups too) and heard swimming and yoga pilates was good also. When I didn't listen and hiked for 4 miles I didn't loose for 2 days. Your body goes into starvation mode because your burn more than you consume while on the LCD. I am at the end of P3 now and have starting hitting the gym 5x a week to tone and sculpt then July 4th round two (23 days only) I only have 10-12 lbs to loose. Good luck

    you can do anything in P2 that you did prior to P2, per Dr. S. Any gains on the scale are due to water retention only. If the hcg is truly releasing a lot of fat calories, your body won't go into starvation mode. If it does, then the hcg is not doing anything.
