i'm sure it's not allowed on phase 2 - no flour is, but am curious about phase 3. I know people have sucess with almond flour and coconut flour. Bumping for input....
the soy flour for my fresh gulf snapper was amazing!! Lightly dusted and fried in butter and did one in EVOO and was fantastic. Down a pound from liw too, so no issues.
Also did one in just egg whites then fried in EVOO not too shabby.
