Any of the plain yogurts don't have sugar. Make sure you look at the ingredients not the nutrition information. The nutrition label will list sugars but those are natural milk sugars. You just have to avoid ADDED sugars.
I love greek yogurt but saw dannon and yoplait had sugar. Looked at plain lite yogurt and said 12g per cup. So milk sugar is ok on p3? 10 days now and I'm struggling to find sugar free items lol....I miss milk and was worried then was confused cuz p2 can a dash of milk. Sorry to be dense..thanks for feedback!
I think Fage 0% (plain) is the best tasting yogurt out there, and conveniently enough, it also has one of the lowest sugar counts I've ever seen. It's great with vanilla stevia.
So we can have regular (not Greek) yogurt in the plain flavor? I tried to force myself to eat Chobani this morning and I just can't stand the texture. I will look for other varieties.
Yes. You can have sugar free flavored ones as well but most sugar free stuff is so bad for you that I would rather get plain and add blueberries or strawberries to it.
wow, all this time i was shaking head to the yogurts/ greek yogurts on p3 bcuz i saw sugars. i love greek yogurt and saw that dannon and yoplait are doing it too but they had sugar. the plain light yogurt still had 12g of sugar so i put it back. Milk sugar is ok on P3?
