Advertised as "healthy chocolate", I would like to use these on P2 because I do daycare for a living and am around food ALL DAY LONG! I also have 2 teens who eat constantly. We eat healthy, but I am required through food guidelines to feed bread items every day, and I love them! I bake muffins, biscuits, fresh bread . . . I am not hungery or craving, but would like a small "legal" reward for not cheating as of VLCD17. I started at 131.5 and am at 123 today, down 8.5 lbs after a 10 day stall and an apple day (yucky, with headache). Down 2 lbs today, just don't want to stall again! Any experience with these chocolates?

None of that kind of thing would be allowed. :-( I looked it up and it's got low glycemic cane sweeteners which is not even artificial sweetener.

I've never tried them. I looked them up and they sound delicious. But it's really about the choice you want to make in eating them. They have 6 grams of fat and 7 grams of sugar per serving (3 squares). I'm not judging you - I've been craving chocolate like crazy, mostly I think b/c I'm on my TOM. I've got my kids at home with me, so I know how challenging it is being around food. They eat all day and I bake for them, too. Congrats on the weight you've lost. Good luck!

p.s. I've been sniffing the heck out of their cookies and muffins and probably sucked all the scent out of them. Not sure if that was helpful for me or not! ;)

I always laughed at my hubby when he quit chewing he would smell his buddy's cans of snuff and roll his eyes closed with ecstasy! I totally get it now! I don't want to mess this up, so I will hold off until P4 - - not too far away anyway. Thanks for the advice and research time!
