OK. The same co-worker from yesterday who complained of headache and hunger the day before, just told me that last night he had extreme lightheadedness and hunger. Then he got up at 1 am with a GOOD diarrhea.
He told me that he ate late yesterday because he was out. Afterwards he still felt hungry and then got so dizzy/ lightheaded that he had to go lie down. He got up at 1 am to head to the bathroom.

The only different food he ate yesterday was a curried shrimp that he made using Pam spray, shrimp, 1/2tsp. curry powder and 1/4 teaspoon tumeric and water.

He has been eating shrimp all along, rotating it with chicken and fish.

He lost only .8lbs but feels that could be the diarrhea. Today he did not take his shot and is not feeling hungry yet but he is worried. I am too because I told him about the diet and he is looking to me for advice!?!?!

    HELP PLEASE!

His dose might be too high and maybe it is the something in the spices that caused his diarrhea. BTW pam spray isn't allowed in P2-maybe that could have done it? I'm sure others will give better advice.

Pam is not allowed by the way. :-( If he's not hungry yet, it's possible his dose is too high. I'd have him go today without the shot and see how he feels. Diarrhea can happen for any reason. It's not related to hcg. It's possible he's allergic to shrimp and didn't know it too.

First of all, you are not responsible for his headaches and diarrhea, OK? It's great you're helping him and that you're worried but he's an adult and made his own decision to diet. I would say it's a combination of the spices and maybe the fact he ate later than usual. He should continue on, making sure he is supplementing with magnesium, potassium and b-12 vitamins, people often are weak and headachy at first. The protocol works, but sadly, many experience weakness & hunger at times. I'm on P3 for over 6 weeks now, and sometimes out of the blue, I have diarrhea too and have to list all I ate to figure it out. It's sort of trial and error, but the results you know are worth it! I hope he feels better soon

Thanks so much guys. He is very particular and while I do agree it is his own decision I still feel obligated to help him and all the other people and feel bad when something goes wrong.

I relayed to him all your advice and suggested he come on himself. Do you think he should do an apple day because of the Pam or just continue the diet?

    oh just continue the diet!
