    Ok, so it’s really a weed. We call it "Quelites" but its real name is "Lambs Quarters". We grow it, no it grows itself since it’s a weed, in our back yard, pick it, boil it and fry it. It is very good. It’s a lot like spinach, but better I think.

    Anywho I was wondering if you all think I could use it as one of my vegetables? I wouldn't fry them, of course. I'm just so excited that they are growing again!
