I am so glad to find this site! I have already found help from reading the posts- but desperately need advice! I am using drops. The bottle says 13,000 UI/MMG, plus 12xx 30x 60x 1m sublingual HCG. The directions say 4 drops, 6x a day. This sounds unreasonable to me, but I get no answer when I call the helpline. Because of the need for refrigeration and my job, 6x a day is impossible. I would not have ordered it, had I known. I am managing to take 6 drops 4x a day. This is day 2 of the 500 cal. I have been hungry almost continually for 2 days. I am not sleeping well, and not losing a bit of weight! I have split the meals so that I can eat in the morning, too. Please Help!

Most hhcg users take it 3 x a day. That dose you were given is very low as well, 24 drops a day. That's only 8 drops 3 x a day. Most people seem to need 15 drops 3 x a day. I'd up your drops and switch to the 3x a day dosing. Good luck!

I agree Daisy... your dosage is low, which is causing your hunger. 15 drops 3x a day is the average. However, too much Hcg can cause hunger as well - so keep that in mind if you up your dosage too much.

Just so you know, that doesn't seem to be the case with sublingual (the hunger thing) so it's a little more forgiving than we see with our injections. :-)

Colleen... you mean on the "too much" side it doesn't cause hunger on drops?

    Now I'm confused :)

That's right, Robbi. I've never talked to anyone who was taking too much sublingual.
