I am in p3 at the moment - I am a cycler. I am holding steady at a 25 pound loss after (2) 2 weeks rounds on p2.
Okay so tonight I had homemade eggplant parm. It was basically unavoidable. I don't really like tomato sauce very much so I scraped most of that off. I think I had 2 itty bitty pieces of carrot and the cheese on top. I had a small enough portion to feel like I had dinner but that was it.
