K so I am not a rookie HcG user...per say, I have done two sucessful rounds and have lost 50lbs. On injections.
I am wanting to try hcg drops, but thing is I really dont want the major disruption in my life that I had with the injections. I know Im going to get alot of people that freak and are like ACK! its only 23 days or 43days....but thing is I do have a life and now with it being summer I have vacations planned, outings to go to, and I dont want to be fearing eating the tiniest thing that has something added to it that I dont know about. Or freting that I had to eat a peice of meat that may have been more fat content than normal due to being away from home. So my question is on drops homopathic drops are they less senstive to dietry errors on this diet.
Ex, on injections I only once accidently put a spice on my chicken that had a hidden sugar in it. Like the smallest amount of spice. (the sugar was NOT listed on the package) and I gained! I was soooooo uber senstive on the diet. I weigh my meat, only ate one veggie per meal. Never once altered the protocol. Even some protocol foods made me stall...tomatos, shrimp....blah.... I was a HcG protocol Nazi! And I believe in it too,....but I would still like to diet the hcg way and still be able to live without fear of ending up in a position where I cant eat 100% protocol and end up gaining! ( I have lots of vacation planned this year!)
So hopefully someone understands what I'm saying, I still have a good 40-50 lbs I could stand to lose. And even the place I got my drops from well let me look it up it was a ebay purchase. They are clearly not doing the orignal protocol. http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110515434989&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT
And these are there recommendations : 1.) Replace two regular meals per day with CarFast Shakes. 2.) Oral HCG Drops - Take 6 drops, six times per day. Sublingual (under the tongue). Make sure you have a clean mouth, no beverage, food or substance for at least 15 minutes prior to Oral HCG drops. 3.) Make your 3rd meal healthy, and moderate in calories. We recommend a Total Calorie intake of 500 - 900 calories per day. 4.) If you need to cheat, have an additional CareFast Shake. Stay away from excess sweets, oils and fats, read about more recommendations in Dr. Simeons HCG Diet Protocol.
I have no idea what CareFast shakes are I am Canadian.....guessing this is a American thing. And they mention staying under 900 cals a day instead of the 500 cals. Seem less strict which is what I may need for this summer. I did stablize extrememly well with the original protocol. Which was good I was in the obese range. Now I'm in the overweight range and just want a more relaxed plan.
oops thats supposed to be carefast....I dunno....I bet its something I cant buy in a store....but fact is I need to know if I can follow the diet to the best of my ability and if I do end up not being able to get my hands on procotol food while on vacation....(mainly the meat will be a issue) will hcg drops be as troublesome for me, seeing as on injections I was one of those people that if I were to accidently eat a peanut I would see a 3 day stall.... That didnt happened but that stupid mess up with the cajun spice that did indeed have sugar in it.....oi!
Or better yet....Does anyone have any suggestions for my protein that I can eat if I am on vacation as cant get my hands on fresh lean "meat" What to vegetarians do??? I mean I can always find a apple, or a veggie they arent the problem...its maybe not having a oven, and fish/chicken I can cook.
Well thats a my question, I was super sensitive on injections, some can cheat and eat wrong and not suffer the consequences...me I had to stay uber strict and even on procotol foods I had to pick and choose. Will HcG drops be more lax?? Also I dont want to have to wash my hair with the crap shampoo I used during injections and I cant handle no conditioner this time around... So I will be doing things slightly off protocol...I guess I just have to try it to see if I lose while not being strictly on procotol. :S
The protocol is exactly the same on homoepathic or drops. You have to be just as strict so if that's not going to work out with your summer, you'd be better off delaying your next round. I've been watching a video series of Dr. Clark's and he says cheating with any fat in the diet or on the skin disrupts the hormone pathway and conditioning and interferes with the resting of the hypothalamus.
