I bought a plan off a site for the 15 day plan. I am trying to drop the last 10 pounds before my all-class reunion over the 4th of July. What I was wondering was if anyone knows what the protocol is for the end of the plan. I didn't get clear instructions on what to do with only the 15 day, only the larger plan. Does anyone know for sure what the rules are?
I am not an expert but my doctor says that you need to do at least 23 days for a short round and follow it up just like a long round. As I said I am not an expert.
You really should do a 23 day round... as it takes 23 days for your body to reset. After the 23 days you will do 3 weeks of Phase 3 - lots of proteins, fats, etc. BUT no sugar or starches. Then after phase 3 you'll move on to phase 4 - where you slowly start to bring starches and such back into your diet.
